Document description

This is a large compilation of all of the knowledge I gained from my work and hacking on the Tengen NES port of Ms. Pac-Man. It contains previously undocumented full descriptions of color palettes, text editing, and title screen editing for this game.

I hope this helps any hacker out there daunted by the prospect of making changes to this never before hacked game!
