Hack description

This is the world's first Astyanax level hack. This hack was being worked on and off for almost 2 years. You'll notice that the levels and text has been changed, and there's also some minor graphics changes.

People who'll remember this game can tell you that the gameplay is similar to Legendary Axe on the TG-16. And people'll also enjoyed the original game will get get their Astyanax fix. :p

Nice Update to the original ROM	Dippy-Dawg	2024-06-29	Version 1.0
As the author stated, you would have needed to play the original ROM to understand this hack. Lucky for me Astyanax is one of my guilty pleasures for the NES. I thought of this hack as being an upgrade from the original. The updated graphics and challenge make this hack worth playing. To top it off, the new verbiage for the cut scenes is hilarious. I will be playing this hack again.
