Hack description

This patch enables msu-1 in BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2on MSU-1 supporting systems (bsnes, higan and sd2snes) to hear CD Quality Sound while playing.

Apply on BS F-ZERO Grand Prix 2 (J).

I can't comment on the MSU-1 enhancement stuff but the patched rom alone works on real hardware. I'm using a PAL SNES with a basic Everdrive cartridge. This is the only BS F-Zero game that I have working so far without an emulator. It doesn't need an adapter cartridge to get past the region lock either. Note: The title screen doesn't display correctly (graphics glitch) but it doesn't affect the menu text on it. The rest works fine. I've just beaten the game in Beginner mode to make sure it doesn't glitch out. Great work (even if this function wasn't intended haha). It has made me happy today.
