Hack description

Here are title screen patches which change the original one that is in the ROM. One has a redrawn Star Force title screen, one is a redrawn title screen with the Mega Force label, and the last is one that adds stars in motion to the original title screen. The patches are not interchangeable so don't mix and patch.
