Hack description

This is a one-level hack of Contra, with a specific goal: reach the Eagle Trophy at the top of the mountain as fast as possible. You are timed...

The level is vertical and uses the same tile set as the level 5 in the original game, with modified palettes. Rifle Men attack in random patterns. You have an infinite number of lives, but getting hit will likely make you lose time...

How fast can you reach the top?

Available only for 1 player

Something that is not a pity to spend TIMEdiablo6662020-10-03Version 1.0

Few good hacks on this part. Maybe one level, but it is interesting and unusual. I was interested not only to pass it, but also to see how fast I was.

Try it and you, because it is worth spending time on this mini hack.

This hack ROM is very funny, is more like a mini game than a proper game but this mean nothing. In this ROM your target is to reach the top of the mountain in the less time possible, it's funny how more time you spend to kill enemies or avoid being killed by enemies and more time will take to reach the top of the mountain, ironically the fastest way to reach the top is to jump ignoring all enemies. If you wanna relax for 5 minutes and play a funny mini game this Hack is perfect for you. My vote for this hack is 4/5.

Fun Little MinigameTheLuigiLightning2018-05-06Version 1.0

Trax is responsible for the most grand Contra hack in existence. But he also made this little arcade style minigame, one level hack, where it's not about survival, but a time trial, where you have to reach the top as fast as you can. It's sort of a throwback to very old games with very simple concepts. Gaming really grew in the mid 80s, where you had a big game ahead of you to play through, but before the NES came around, games were very simple. So if you were a fan of the pre-home console era, or if you just want to try out a neat little time-waster, give this a try.
