Hack description

When you first enter the Thamasa map (157) from the boat ride and then also again on the other Thamasa map (154) after Kefka attacks, for the first time, without moving forward right away, your character will be in the ready position facing downward due to command $3B being set in the previous event's code and never getting executed properly.

The command, which position character in a "ready-to-go" stance, is executed the very next time you enter a map. This patch removes both instances of command $3B by shifting the
rest of their respective event by one byte and overwriting the faulty commands.
