It is a musical patch for "the jabu"'s improvement of NES Sonic (aka Somari).

All music tracks are replaced with their better versions created in famitracker.
Written by Amilgi without usage of extra audio chips and dpcm channel.
Some of sound effects changed too.

The music in the original hack is terrible, and almost kind of scares me. Coupled with the original title screens of both Somari and Sonic 3D Blast 5, it was hard to play games that looked and sounded so bad, even if the gameplay isn't terrible (though still quite wonky in certain areas like the loops and tunnels in Green Hill and such). This hack makes the music much more palatable. The new famitracker music is very well done, and sounds like a true, official 8-bit remastering of the original Genesis music. Definitely worth adding to the rom.
