Holding any unused / unmapped action button (L,R,X,Y,A,B)
will stop Belmont from moving around.
- Allows him to attack easier while staying in-place.
- Works with USA and Japan roms. Plus SC4ED mods.

I tried this hack and it works great. It is such a hassle having to jump first before you do a multidirectional attack. That makes whipping up+left and up+right more practical. You don't have to walk into enemies or jump into them with this hack.
