    Some good; some badSosuko2020-08-31Version 1.0

I'm really conflicted about how to rate this one. For each good thing about it, there's another not-so-good thing. For example, the winter aesthetic is present in the levels in graphics, but it's also a little hard on the eyes so have some much white, green, and red thrown at your eyes as it's done here. The "high bounce" and "straight fireballs" mechanics are welcome little additions to this hack (and some level design incorporates the former), but at the same time, the difficulty scale is just all over the place. You do seem to have infinite lives (assuming that I didn't just glitch the game out), but you also have later levels that will literally respawn you inside of a pit. When this does happen, you can get out, but it's really awkward to do so.

Overall, the game is still fun and unique, incorporating some cool non-vanilla stuff in there, but just be aware that there are some headaches to be found here too.
