Hack description

This hack makes the game more pleasant by removing several annoying voices (most notably, the ones heard in the infamous character selection screen from VS mode).

Now players shouldn't be worried by its annoying voices in the game, but would also count as a "hidden message removal", as some voice lines can be misheard (e.g. "Shouri" vs "Sorry").
