Streets of Rage 2 Syndicate Wars with B-MAX

This is an IPS patch for the Mega Drive Genesis Rom Image.
This is an IPS patch for modding the Genesis ROM image. " Streets of Rage 2 (USA) [!] .bin " or " Streets of Rage 2 (USA).md " is required.

Features

-Modification of V2 of ROM hack Streets of Rage 2 Syndicate Wars by gsaurus. (It's not the latest version. )
-It is unreasonably balanced with air combos added to all characters.
-The four main characters are not juggled when attacked by enemies, but the other characters are, making it more difficult.
-Changed the characters even more. Only the characters Zamza→Blanka, Eagle→Martha, and BigBen→B.Max were changed.
-Continues are infinite. (If you are playing 2P, start with 1P and join in the middle.)
-If you use an emulator to change the region to JP, it will become Bare Knuckle 2.


Issue

-If you use 2Play, some of the graphics will be lost.
-There was a problem with the original rom (syndicate wars).The game freezes when you perform certain moves depending on your character (confirmed by Jet, Particle 66B).If you use Electra's electric whip A on Electra, it will freeze.
-2P AI play seems to be in a testing phase, and only Zamza and Jack can play properly.
-If you replay the game after a match, survival, or clearing the game, it goes into the match stage, and when you go to Stage 8, it goes dark and stops, so you have to reset it.
