Hack description

The Economizer made all spells cost 1 MP, a feature that is about as game breaking as a game could possibly get, short of implementing a "win the game" button.

What this patch does:

Gold Hairpin - No direct tweak, MP cost is still reduced by 50%.

Economizer - Reduces MP cost by 75%.

Enforces a minimum cost of 1 MP for every spell, regardless if either relic was
used or not.

Changes the description of the Economizer to fit the new rule.
