Hack description
This patch is for the USA release of Super Mario All-Stars.
It changes the color of the SNES controller buttons on the main menu,
from US purple shades, to match the red/yellow/blue/green of the PAL
release.
It also fixes three pixels on the red button that the PAL version had
missed, and the black pixels on the first "E" of "THE LOST LEVELS" small
print.
One shade of blue had to be replaced with green, and the box arts
adjusted appropriately: this matches what they did for the PAL version.
A patch for Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World is also included,
no palette modifications were necessary.
