Hack description

Break Time: The National Pool Tour is an American-exclusive Pool game for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The voice samples in this game suffer from an encoding issue known as bit-reversal. This hack restores clarity to all of the voice clips; including those found in the speech test menu, unused samples, and a duplicate sample.

The author hopes this improves the gameplay experience of this otherwise poor quality game.
