This is an incredible improvement! My original idea was to implement a weapon wheel where you hold down A and then push up/down/left/right on the d-pad to select which weapon you want, but this is almost as good, and arguably better.

The original method of cycling weapons was horrendous given the fast paced nature of the game. It was clunky and slow. Way too often I died just trying to change weapons, and you have to change weapons often. But with this hack, you instantly cycle weapons just by tapping A. While you can only cycle in one direction, it's not a big problem because the weapons cycle very quickly. Combine this with the 6-button hack for the absolute best experience!
