While I'm not a fan of the Sonic 1 GG 8-bit sprites for Sonic, it is hard to deny the talent of the pixel artist here. Everything looks well made, smooth and consistent, which are all very important metrics when it comes to graphics. If you happen to have a nostalgia or preference for this sprite style, go ahead and play this, as it looks as it looks as good as if such sprites were used officially on the SMS version. | |||
