| Good if your into Kaizo hacks. | Mureisk | 2024-02-26 | Version 0.8 |
If your into hard Kaizo hacks you'll love this. Pros Great level designs. Very Challenging. Cons Might of went overboard on the spikes especially in Area 8. Some of the grapple spots are almost frame pixel prefect. Almost requires save state abuse to beat. Overall I enjoyed the new levels. Wouldn't mind if there was an easier optional version that toned down some of the spikes a little.
| In level 8 they said. Floor is boring lets spike everything up! | bogaabogaa | 2024-01-29 | Version 0.8 |
Only played a few levels and the description fits perfectly. I would add that savestates are recommended as you can softlock yourself in a few spots by accident! (If you do not know you can select+A+B out of a level) So infinite lives do not help everywhere. Re-Kaizoed would fit as a name too since some needed tricks are super tight. I like to mention that a lot of care got into making the level look nice. Beside the mentioned areas where the editor probably bugged out. Very nice to see some hack made with the Groen-Editor. Thanks for sharing. Great work! Now I need to find the time to get good haha
| Absolutely not. | ifightdragons | 2024-01-24 | Version 0.8 |
The hack is unfinished and glitched beyond belief. Tried playing it, but it's just awfully designed, and borderline unplayable, unfortunately. The author admits to it being unfinished, not meant for the public, and being full of glitches in the description. So that just begs the question; why even release something like this?
