Hack description

The Lord of King is a game which was localised as Astyanax for the international release. It is known for relying on Famicom behaviour at power-on/reset (where the PPU starts ~1 frame before the CPU does, and is not affected by resets), which does not work on NES systems. Magic John has an identical problem.

This patch fixes the reset handler to properly wait for the PPU before initialising the game. This has been tested to work with the English translation (apply to the JP version), so this is ideal for playing it on original NES systems.
