Understand when reviewing this version, I am reviewing V1.0. The Rouge sprites look great! Her animations are very well done, and I quite like the touch of her wings flapping while she runs at top speed, as if flying low to the ground. I also notice that some graphical enhancements from the Game Gear version were added, like the fruit in the background of the Jungle Zone. I, however, notice that they changed Sky Base Zone Act 1, part 2 of Act 2, and Act 3 now use the Sky Base Zone theme all through. I feel this affects the dramaticness of the theme in the breaking into the big blimp itself. It makes the tune feel a little less special.

HOWEVER, one big glitch exists in Sky Base Act 3, one that can overstimulate some people, and cause seizures in others. As soon as the electric strip activates during the boss, the entire background is covered in flashing strips. This needs to be fixed if possible. I have no idea if it affects your other character hacks too, but hopefully it can be fixed.
