Translation description

Spanish translation for Startropics on the NES, all text in the game including graphics has been translated save for the "CAPTAIN BELL" sign.

Spanish punctuation symbols and tilde were added, please, keep in mind that the script uses CASTILIAN SPANISH, none of the so called "NEUTRAL SPANISH" is to be found here, please be aware of that.

V3 fixes some typos and aligns the text where possible for easier reading.
