Translation description

This patch fixes font rendering bugs for monster names in battles and the monster book, as well as item names and attack names. It removes various hard coded offsets around the ROM and changes the font into a more readable one.

Apply this to a ROM that already has V1.0 of the Star Ocean: Blue Sphere English translation patch applied to it.

Note that V1.0 of the English translation patch is currently unavailable.
