Utility description

This small editor allow to edit monster drops and stolen items. There is now 4 drops and possible items to steal per monster, with each a chance of dropping from 0/256 to 256/256. You can modify the universal chances of drop and steal.

The editor expansion code work with Imzogelmo's Multi-Steal Fix or without it. View readme.txt for more details.
