Utility description

Here are utilities for extraction/insertion as well as encoding/decoding of the font and title screen that are encrypted. At the moment it does not re-insert the title screen but it does encode it for manual insertion into the ROM. These will be useful for anyone who wishes to translate the game into other languages other than Japanese.

At the moment you can only work with the font compressed in the ROM but if you have special lettering like in Spanish, German, Chech, or Russian, this is great for being able to incorporate characters for your language and replacing the Japanese characters in the ROM.
