Utility description

This is a DPCM ripper kit that will rip DPCM samples out of NES ROMs to use in your own projects. A second application can convert 8 bit unsigned .WAV files to 1 bit DPCM samples for your own NES projects. Could also be used to change DPCM samples in existing games, but reinsertion is not covered with these utilities. There is also some NES 6502 example code to make a ROM with ripped and converted samples. Both of these utilities are command-line.
