This is a guide that shows you how to hack/patch different things into your Sega CD ROMs using a hex editor. There are several games included.
The guide gives you a string of numbers to enter into your favorite hex editor and when the hex editor finds a match, the guide shows you which numbers to change.
You can hack things like how much HP and MP you start with, what weapons, armor, magic, or items you start with, what's for sale in shops, enable level select or debug menus in the games, enable hidden items or characters in the games, etc.
Most of these are for the USA versions, but will often work on other regions as well.
