Hack description

Here is a new hack of the pretty Japanese game "Nuts & Milk".
What's changed?
* Changed cursor and copyright on title screen.
* Brand new 48 levels (2 had to be removed due to lack of space).
* Now you can collect a different set of fruits in the game (mango and pineapple instead of bananas and tomatoes).
* Changed palette on some levels. More cute than original.
* Start with 9 lives, after extra live - lives lives will be counted.
* New gameplay decisions, new puzzles... almost like a new game!
