It's an excellent open world Metroid hack. It's best enjoyed by those familiar with the mechanics of Super given how open it is but it's also not hard so it can be enjoyed by most anyone I'd imagine if they're patient and open minded. It's an excellent game overall.

This hack forces the player to navigate water areas WITHOUT the Gravity Suit! Not cool! Also, if you're playing the randomizer mode, you can get into areas that you can't get out of because you may not have a mobility item like the High Jump Boots, Morph/Spring Ball, Gravity Suit or Space Jump. I've been softlocked a few times & losing progress & having time wasted over poor design choices.

Maridia's entrance area is a real pain to escape from because the elevator is on an elevated platform that has water along the lower half. If you hop off that platform without the Gravity Suit you're going to have a hard time getting back on it to leave the area.

Also, you don't normally find the Varia Suit until AFTER the Gravity Suit which means you won't be making it through Heated areas for a long while. There's even a 'Secret Challenge' where you're expected to go all the way to Draygon without the Morph Ball & then acquire the Super Missiles in a specific location (that doesn't require the Morph Ball), then sneak into Tourain through a special entrance where you'll finally be given the Morph Ball. I had to watch a YT video of this to even learn about it & how super hidden this route is & how much of a pain it is to even accomplish.

Anyway, point is, you can get softlocked in areas without the right items so beware. Hope the hacker reads this & fixes this because softlocking is never ok.
