Hack description

This patch implements some fixes to the swimming mechanics of the underwater stage, inspired by Displaced Gamers' youtube video on the subject (see link). Pressing down rapidly maxes out the turtles' downward velocity, and the game no longer carries current values into areas without current, such as the long seaweed corridor.

One of the best parts of rom hacks is when glitches or bugs with otherwise classic games are finally fixed. It is great to see TMNT further living up to its potential. A lot more gamers may find the seaweed corridor more manageable now that the water current bug is fixed by this hack. I hope that helps more people fully enjoy this classic game. The creator of this hack and other great hacks should be proud of their contributions!
