Playing this makes me feel like a Hololive themed beat-em-up would be fun to play. Hopefully someone makes an addendum that adds and replaces the remaining 3 characters for other Hololive members. I do find it odd that Suisei's unusually large sprite makes her look like a giantess compared to the enemies. And the color palette really made things more blue. Overall the hack plays excellent, although the title screen had some garbled graphics after completing the game, even after resetting.

Just a note for flash cart users (I have a Mega Everdrive X7, just to put things into perspective) who will play this on a Genesis and not a Mega Drive: This hack will not work right out the gate because the region locking didn't change after patching with this hack (because this uses the Japanese/European ROM). You will have to patch it so that it will force the Japanese region setting when playing on a Genesis, link here: https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1687/ On the "Patching" area, click on Japan/NTSC and then click "Patch region bypass into your ROM" (it should also fix the checksum as well just in case). Afterwards the hack will be playable on a Genesis.
