Translation description

This patch is a full translation of FF III (US) into German. Besides translating the game it also fixes some bugs in the game's engine.

Also, ManuLoewe's patch changed the title screen to the original FF VI title screen and removed the small intro. This has been added again for those who prefer the FF III title intro.
