This version have the original size, and now with compatibility of Rumble Pak.

Works in the original hardware. (Tested in everdrive 64)

Both contributors thank you so much for this patch. Is also a nice touch that you improved it to include smoke and slowdown hacks, as I've tried to mix them with the translation in different ways in the past with no success. Gracias.
