Translation description

This is the newest patch by Vincent, who used to be the head of DBZ Translations. Then he quit the scene, publicly released his work, and had it practically raped by several different parties. But that's moot because Vincent is back now, and has finished his work. And it seems much better than DBZ Game Translations' work. But that's probably because this patch actually is as complete as it claims to be, displays slightly better grammar, has expanded names, and is a little more faithful to the literal translation. It's your choice. But if it were mine, I'd go with this patch until Sir Yoink finishes his.

It should also be noted that this patch will only work on version 1.1 of the ROM with a header.
