Translation description

This is an Indonesian patch v0.9 for STREETS OF RAGE (JUE) game. The translated parts are Prologue, Main Menu and option (including cheat), Dialogue when meet the Final Boss (and the Endings). Meanwhile the graphic is still intact. Might update it to v1.0 once the graphic updated to Indonesian as well.
