Attempted playing this translated version of the game on the latest BSNES version, and it wouldn't even reach the title screen; the whole emulator would just hard crash. Went to play it on SNES9x, and it actually got to the title screen. What this tells me is that this translation probably doesn't work on real hardware, which is a shame. I set it to "Recommended - No" less because of the quality of the translation and more so as a way to say "play at your own risk on anything more accurate than SNES9x", because I imagine it's perfectly functional otherwise. If anyone with more knowhow is able to make this translation patch work on BSNES, that'd be great.

Responding to LucasRCD's "Doesn't work on more accurate emulators", this works fine on Analogue Pocket OpenFPGA (agg23's openfpga-SNES). So it very likely works on real hardware. Not sure what happened in their case. However, calling this version 1.0 is ... ambitious. The good: The game runs and text displays in English. I admire the courage and initiate it take to translate Japanese to English with AI. Hey, at least the author gave it a go! Keep going! The bad: The translation is still terrible. Statements are hard to follow and don't feel native in either language. Displays text in all capitals. EVERYBODY IS YELLING! Text uses a fixed-width font. The ASM work to implement variable-width is non-trivial, but there's a reason all the best translations do that. Little quality of life stuff stands out, like the fact you have to press L/R to page over to Latin script when entering your name, and the name field accepts only 4 characters. It needs more ASM work to expand the size of text fields.

Considering this hack translates the entire game, I can't really say "don't bother" just yet. But in the game's opening sequence alone, there's a lot of grammatical errors and incorrect pluralization, likely because of Zarby89's own text edits, so there's sure to be plenty more throughout the rest of the game. Still, it wasn't so bad a job that I couldn't follow along. This hack should be serviceable for now, maybe moreso as it gets updated.
