I'm really not a big fan of Wario's Woods on NES. in fact, you could say that I hate Wario's Woods with a passion. and yet, with a similar gameplay style presented in this game "Raccoon Rascal", I found myself addicted, playing for hours and hours as the time flew by. this is such a charming and delightful game to play. the graphics and sprites are wonderful and the simple match-three falling puzzle core gameplay is excellent. unfortunately the experience is somewhat hampered by clunky awkward controls. you control a chubby little raccoon buddy that clumsily navigates the game field picking up and putting down blocks, which at times can feel slow to respond to your inputs. this is a minor issue however, because the overall excellent quality of the game, and the translation, are more than enough to overlook it.

seriously, this is an absolute Master Class in how to make a localization patch right.
