It's a virtuous utility and it functions rather well, being simplistic and facile. My only grumble is the inability to import .TBL previously saved files, making some portions of hacking a rather strenuous task. My gripes aside, this utility is definitely recommended by me for table making.

This helps a lot when trying to edit text in ROMS (NES specifically). Being able to decipher where text strings are by creating a table (like this editor allows you to) makes editing text strings in hex much easier. Simply a good table maker in the end.
