Utility description

FISGON is a tiny tool to extract files from a CD PSX image, checking the sectors instead of the folder structure. Very useful to extract all hidden files in an image.

Fisgón is a spanish word meaning Snooper.

• Usage: FISGON imagename foldername
  
  
  • 'imagename' is the name of a valid CD-ROM-XA image
  
  
  • 'foldername' is the target folder name
  
  
  • the name of each extracted file is your starting LBA
  
  
  • empty MODE2/FORM2 sectors adds '-2' to the filename
  
  
  • folders are treated as files
